Info you give us. When you call our dispatch line we collect your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the plumbing issue you're calling about. If you schedule work we also collect billing info and any access notes you provide (gate codes, dog warnings, parking instructions, etc.). When you fill out a callback form on the website we collect whatever fields you complete, usually name, phone, and a short message.
Info we collect automatically. When you visit the site we and our analytics providers collect standard web traffic info including IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and rough location derived from IP. We do not need an account or login to browse this site.
Call tracking and recording
The phone number displayed on this site is a tracking number that routes calls to our dispatch. We track the calling number and the page or campaign that the call came from.
